- Order and service information: products purchased, order history, payment status, delivery or pickup details, and information you give us about a question, warranty claim, or installation. Vehicle details may include year, make, model, trim, existing equipment, and other details needed to discuss compatibility or service.
- Appointment information: when you book an appointment, we collect your name (including an alias or preferred name, if used), telephone number and/or email address, selected service, and appointment date and time. We also collect vehicle details you provide, such as year, make, model, and trim, and your service selections or preferences, such as window-tint coverage, a windshield eyebrow, an alarm system, or the DroneMobile phone app. We keep the booking status and changes to your appointment, including rescheduling or cancellation.
- Payment information: payment services process the details needed to complete your chosen payment method. We receive transaction information, such as payment status and limited payment-method details. Do not send full payment-card numbers, security codes, or passwords by email.
- Website activity: our website and service providers may receive your IP address, browser and device information, pages viewed, referral information, and interactions with the store. Cookies and similar browser storage help provide website functions and measure site use.
How we use information
